Recently, one belt, one road one belt, one road construction work leading group office, the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine jointly issued the "development plan of promoting the integration of Chinese medicine into the" one belt and one road "(2021 to 2025). It is reported that this is the first time that the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Hainan has been included in the "national plan".
According to the "one belt, one road" target, the 30 target centers for the development of the Chinese medicine in the "14th Five-Year" period were to build 30 overseas Chinese medicine standards, create 10 overseas brand projects of Chinese medicine culture, build 50 international cooperation bases for Chinese medicine, and build a number of export bases for Chinese medicine. Strengthen the construction of overseas registration service platform for traditional Chinese medicine products, organize and send TCM foreign aid medical teams, and encourage social forces to explore the construction of Sino foreign friendly TCM hospitals in a market-oriented manner. By 2025, one belt, one road to cooperation between Chinese medicine and medicine, was further improved. Pragmatic cooperation in health care, education, training, R & D, and cultural transmission was promoted. The internationalization of Chinese medicine industry has been continuously enhanced.
The plan proposes to give better play to the role of various open platforms. It is reported that in December 2021, the people's Government of Hainan Province and the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine reached the cooperation agreement on promoting the inheritance, innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine in Hainan free trade port (hereinafter referred to as the cooperation agreement). According to the cooperation agreement, the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine will provide support in five aspects: improving the service system of traditional Chinese medicine suitable for the construction of free trade port, comprehensively improving the service capacity of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine, building a modern health industry system of traditional Chinese medicine in free trade port, strengthening the construction of talent team of traditional Chinese medicine and promoting the development of Li medicine, Accelerate the inheritance, innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine, and build Hainan free trade port into an important window for traditional Chinese medicine to the world.
