The project of Xuwen Yiyuan international health care center is a key investment attraction project of Xuwen County Government of Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. It is a large-scale project in line with the pension industry strongly supported by the state, province and city. The project is invested by Yiyuan international health care center construction investment (Xuwen) Co., Ltd. and is specially developed for the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly. It is an industrial cluster integrating life and residence, leisure tourism, health care, medical rehabilitation, sports and fitness, culture and entertainment, catering and shopping, exhibition services, education and training, finance and insurance and other services. It is an international high-end elderly care community center, Demonstration base for ecological recuperation, leisure tourism, vacation and elderly care services.

Xuwenyi paradise project is located between Xilian town and Maichen town of Xuwen. The planned land area of the project is about 3400 mu, including 1500 mu of construction land and 1900 mu of supporting environment and greening lease land in China. The site has a coastline of 2.2km for the project, and the project site is only 23 nautical miles away from Haikou. The total construction area of the project is 1.2 million square meters, including 940000 square meters of apartments for the elderly and vacation health houses, and 260000 square meters of supporting service clubs, including hospitals, schools, catering, shopping, entertainment, convention and exhibition centers. The total investment budget of the project is 9 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, 30000 permanent residents, 5000 tourists and short-term residents and 2000 semi self-care or non self-care elderly can be accommodated, which can provide 8000 direct jobs for the local people.
