Four key projects of elderly care service in Shanxi Province

During the 14th Five Year Plan period, Shanxi will further improve the basic elderly care service system, develop inclusive elderly care services and mutual assistance elderly care, build an elderly care service system coordinated by home community institutions and combined with medical care and health care, and promote the high-quality development of elderly care. The provincial development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of human resources and social security and other departments have implemented four key projects in the field of public elderly care services.
Urban community elderly care and happiness project
The elderly care and happiness project shall be listed as a practical matter for people's livelihood. In urban communities with a population of more than 10000 and cities and towns with concentrated residents, the elderly care service places shall be configured by means of transformation or new construction.
"1251" project of community elderly care service
Cultivate 10 standardized, standardized and chain community elderly care service brands, build 200 market-oriented, large-scale and standardized community elderly care demonstration institutions, build 50 elderly care demonstration communities and develop 100 community elderly care service organizations.
Service capacity improvement project of elderly care institutions
Support the construction of public elderly care service facilities, carry out the special action of inclusive elderly care city enterprise linkage, and support social forces to invest in the construction of elderly care facilities.
Social security card "one card" construction project
Establish a "all-in-one card" management service mode with social security card as the carrier, promote the transition to the third-generation social security card, and realize the ownership of social security card by the whole people.
Taking the community elderly care and happiness project as an example, relevant departments will——
Promote the aging transformation of public facilities, and accelerate the construction of multi-functional, diversified and professional community elderly care service facilities;
Promote the embedded home-based elderly care model in Taiyuan community and improve the community home-based elderly care service network;
Cultivate professional, chain and brand community elderly care service organizations, and promote the extension of professional institutional services to the community.
At the same time, we will establish a "three society linkage" mechanism with communities as the platform, pension service social organizations as the carrier and social workers as the support to support the development of mutual pension services.
