First, strengthen the training of elderly care talents. Support 10 colleges and universities to set up elderly care service majors, and issue a one-time subsidy of 9.4 million yuan; The provincial government allocated 7 million yuan to carry out 12 series of demonstration training for elderly care services and managers, with a total of 68000 people trained in the province; The provincial vocational skills competition for elderly care nurses was held.

Second, improve the financial subsidy policy. The provincial pension service fund subsidy policy has been optimized, focusing on the care of the disabled elderly, home-based community pension and talent team construction, greatly improving the subsidy for the construction of nursing beds, implementing the operation reward and subsidy mechanism linked to the level of pension facilities, including the establishment of pension major in Secondary Vocational Colleges into the scope of reward and subsidy, and including graduates of technical secondary school and above into the scope of entry reward and subsidy.

Third, increase nursing beds. We continued to implement the three-year plan for the transformation and upgrading of nursing homes, and guided social forces to give priority to the development of nursing beds by optimizing policies. The total number of nursing beds in the province increased to 212000, an increase of 30657 over the previous year, accounting for 54%, an increase of 11 percentage points over the previous year.

Fourth, expand the supply of community elderly care service facilities. The Provincial Department of natural resources and the Department of housing and urban rural development jointly carried out the special action for the inventory and rectification of community elderly care service facilities, and requested the Shandong provincial government to hold two deployment promotion meetings. The allocation rates of existing communities, newly built communities and new communities under construction in the province were increased to 97%, 98% and 99% respectively. 193 Street comprehensive elderly care service institutions and 156 Township regional rural elderly care service centers were built in the province, with coverage rates of 100% and 80% respectively.

Fifth, carry out "loss prevention" care services for the elderly. Seventh, help the elderly bridge the "digital divide". Formulate the implementation plan for solving the difficulties of the elderly in the field of civil affairs services in using intelligent technology, and take 8 specific measures, such as setting up offline service channels, promoting aging adaptation transformation, and expanding the supply of terminal intelligent products for the elderly, so as to promote the solution of the problems of the elderly in using intelligent technology.
